Role Summary
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating production, dispatch, logistics, accounts, and operational reporting activities between the India and US teams. The role requires strong follow-up, reporting, and coordination skills to ensure smooth business operations and timely decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination
- Monitor daily production schedules at the US plant and ensure targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with the US plant team regarding raw material availability and production planning.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain production MIS reports and provide daily/weekly updates.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
