Role Overview An established consulting organization is seeking an experienced Operations Technical Lead to join its Public Sector Data & AI practice. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the ongoing operations and continuous improvement of enterprise data and AI platforms deployed on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) within a government data center environment. You will serve as the primary technical authority for Day 2 operations across a multi-solution landscape, overseeing service delivery, mentoring your team, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure SLA commitments and platform health are consistently met.
