Description

  • Monitor system performance for high‑traffic and cloud-based environments using PagerDuty.

  • Respond quickly to alerts to maintain optimal uptime.

  • Use monitoring tools such as InfluxDB and Graylog for log analysis and metrics review.

  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and provide immediate response to incidents.

  • Work with DevOps teams to identify and close infrastructure gaps.

  • Coordinate with QA and Development teams to ensure smooth daily deployments and module updates.

  • Deploy patches, releases, and system changes using Jenkins.

  • Maintain and improve CI pipelines (build, test, package).

  • Work within Agile, CI/CD environments using tools like Git.
