Operations Executive (F&B)

Broadway F&B Management Pte Ltd – Lavender

Operations Executive role focused on financial planning, manpower management, sales coordination, and operational oversight across food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot any manpower cost discrepancies
  • Prepare analysis reports and data analysis
  • Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews for outlet staffs
  • Conduct appraisals for outlet staff
  • Evaluate trainings conducted for outlet staff
  • Upkeep TMS & SAP system
  • Ensure SOP in place and ensure the staff execute it across the outlets accordingly
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to the problems
  • Identify solutions to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours...
