What You’ll Do:
Manage daily store operations including sales, staff, and making sure customers are happy
Lead and support a team of sales supervisors to hit sales targets
Recruit, train, and develop future leaders in the team
Keep track of daily sales and make sure monthly and yearly goals are met
Share feedback on sales, promotions, customer opinions, and market trends
Manage store inventory to keep stock levels right and avoid shortages
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar, with at least 2 years of retail management experience
Good at analyzing data, paying attention to details, and understanding business needs
