- Lead the security team through daily operations and all incident escalations
- Supervise and manage deployment
- Direct supervision of security personnel
- Conduct team briefing and debrief
- Execute evacuation plans and exercise, where applicable
- Plan manpower deployment for designated sites
- Oversee daily operations at sites
- Maintain close relationship with clients to address any issues at site
- Identify and resolve security operations related issues
- Respond promptly to enquiries/emails from clients and emergency calls
- Ensure operations comply with requirements of clients or contract
- Prepare and submit reports/data as required by clients and the Company
- Prepare and submit reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and/or Company’s Standard Operating Procedures
