3-5 years of experience in warehouse with similar job nature

- - Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Inbound Dept. Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- - Manage daily operations, includes goods receipt, order administration, serviceable returns from customer, and life-saving equipment (LSE).
- - Lead the Inbound Team to ensure that all goods receiving, returns, inspection, updating of system, and put-away activities are well coordinated.
- - Liaise with the authority, purchasers, contractors, and end-user on enquiry of receipt, issue, loan, return, and LSE related matters.
- - Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy, returns, and invalid order.
