(People Operations & HRBP Support – KRE International Operation)

Role Mission

The mission of the HR Operations Analyst is to ensure accurate, compliant and scalable people operations for KRE's international workforce, while supporting managers and HR leadership with reliable data, structured processes and high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).

This role is critical to sustain operational excellence, internal controls, and a strong connection between local HR execution and the global KRE team.
