Lead field operations with CEDA as an Operations Manager in Arcola, Saskatchewan. Drive safety, efficiency, and customer engagement every day in this full-time role.
This position reports to the Director of Saskatchewan Operations and requires proven experience in oil & gas or industrial maintenance. You will oversee projects, manage crews, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Strong leadership and an ability to develop positive customer relationships are key to driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee field operations ensuring safety and efficiency
• Lead crews for maintenance and turnaround work
• Manage resources and meet customer needs effectively
• Collaborate with sales teams on pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in industrial services or maintenance sector
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Business or Technical degree or equivalent experience
