Role Summary

Manages warehouse, logistics, and customer support operations at the branch level to ensure service excellence and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams.
  • Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery.
  • Manage support staff and the customer collection area.
  • Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years in logistics or operations management.
  • Strong organisational and staff supervision skills.
  • Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls.

Beneficial Requirements

  • Distribution centre or warehouse systems experience.
  • Forklift or stock movement exposure.
