Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple cleaning and stewarding project sites Plan and deploy manpower effectively to meet operational needs Ensure service standards and KPIs are met at all times Handle client feedback, site inspections, and service recovery Supervise and guide site supervisors and ground staff Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline matters Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with HR on recruitment and staff deployment
Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of operations management experience (Cleaning / Stewarding preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Able to handle multiple sites and work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Familiar with cleaning industry standards and procedures Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, etc.)
