You will already have an extensive background in the Aerospace & Defence industry in senior leadership roles. You will be a good ‘all-rounder’ and have worked across the full lifecycle of bids, programmes, transition and transformation, and operational delivery.

You will also be highly commercially astute, proven at managing complex budgets and P&L, be effective at managing risk and opportunity, and highly experienced and effective when customer-facing at an executive level.

You will have an outcome bias and be delivery focused, with a proven track record of maximising value creation for businesses and customers. You will have strong business management and leadership skills and the ability to influence, coach, build organisational core competencies, and ‘get things done’.
