Job Description
- 5+ years experience in operations, PMO, service delivery, or governance roles.
- Previous experience working in a large consulting firm.
- Hands-on experience in Power BI and Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Able to own and build dashboard(s) from scratch.
- Strong experience in MS 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate).
- AI/automation mindset with hands-on use of AI tools in workflows.
- Experience working across multi-geography teams and time zones.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and reporting skills.
- Amenable to work on the mid shift schedule (12PM - 9PM).
- Willing to work in Makati City and on a hybrid set-up (4x a month).
