Job Description

  • 5+ years experience in operations, PMO, service delivery, or governance roles.
  • Previous experience working in a large consulting firm.
  • Hands-on experience in Power BI and Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Able to own and build dashboard(s) from scratch.
  • Strong experience in MS 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate).
  • AI/automation mindset with hands-on use of AI tools in workflows.
  • Experience working across multi-geography teams and time zones.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and reporting skills.
  • Amenable to work on the mid shift schedule (12PM - 9PM).
  • Willing to work in Makati City and on a hybrid set-up (4x a month).
