Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee finance and operational processes across the APAC region. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong experience managing cross-functional operations, financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder relationships within a multinational environment.
The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting business objectives across multiple APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day business and operational activities across APAC entities.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects.
