Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into production floor activities and act as Supplier Program Manager/Senior Manager of Program Management.
  • Serve as internal contact for overall management and productivity of the operation.
  • Manage specified supervisory teams, track overall center efficiency, stay informed on product and promotion information, and update Supplier Program Management on service delivery.
  • Identify and track improvement and value-added opportunities.
  • Monitor teams’ daily performance on metrics such as customer satisfaction ratings, call handling times, service levels, and quality grades; refer to database, program, or reports.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to implement client-and-in-house programs.
