Head of Customer Service Growing international i Gaming operator is looking for a Head of Customer Service to lead onsite support operations from its Melilla office.

The role will focus on player support performance, team management, escalations, service quality, and operational improvements across regulated markets.
Requirements: - Strong i Gaming Customer Support leadership experience - Experience managing operational/support teams - Understanding of player operations, RG, payments and escalations - Fluent Spanish and English - Salary circa €50-55k - Hands-on xhfqzwm and office-focused mentality Location: - Melilla based, relocation, or weekly travel from Malaga/Madrid required - Fully onsite role - Flights and accommodation covered for commuters
