The Operations Manager is oversees day-to-day Food & Beverage operations while supporting overall hotel operations. This position leads our breakfast buffet Small Farms, lobby bar Haibu, lobby market Konbini, banquets division, and employee dining program, while partnering closely with Front Office and Housekeeping leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the property.
