Job Description
- Provide 24/7 operational support from the control room to oversee vessel movements and operations.
- Monitor real-time vessel positions, routes, and schedules using relevant monitoring systems.
- Maximizing resources by ensuring tugboats are promptly deployed according to schedules and job requirements, closely coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to meet operational needs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels for smooth tugboat operations, promptly address any issues or concerns as necessary.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to tugboat deployment by collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of tugboat schedules, operational activities and other relevant documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies situation by adjusting plans and deployment on top of rendering necessary assistance.
