Operations Performance Manager (H/M)

Position Overview

Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe acquired by Ferrero in 2019, we are looking for an Operations Performance Manager to lead TPM/WCM deployment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, monitoring, and consolidation of TPM/WCM methodologies at the plant, ensuring continuous improvement of industrial performance through the structured application of tools, the development of internal capabilities, and the tracking of progress.
• The role will be responsible for driving improvements in the plant’s operational performance and fostering a Manufacturing Excellence culture aligned with Group standards.
• Thanks to your expertise in TPM/WCM, you will lead the deployment of key TPM tools, in particular AM/PM.
