Job Description
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule
- Serious, positive, and detail-oriented work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and strong team spirit
- Responsible for tracking in-transit trucks and providing timely operational updates
- Make regular follow-up phone calls to drivers to monitor delivery progress and ensure timeliness
- Assist in handling transportation exceptions, safety issues, and daily operations
- Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of logistics operations is a plus
- Strong execution ability and adaptability to flexible working hours
