Position Summary
Operations Supervisor for the Barrie, ON division. Reporting to the Transportation Centre Manager, this position is responsible for the efficient operation of a driving team in the Barrie area (Midhurst, ON).
Responsibilities
- Leads and inspires the driving team to achieve operational goals and KPIs
- Ensures all drivers are operating in a safe and effective manner
- Organize all delivery routes to minimize miles and time
- Ensures all drivers depart on time and full as per route expectations
- Dispatch all pick up calls to available and logical routes
- Drives revenue growth through promotion of accessorial charges
