Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily laundry processes and ensure smooth, timely workflow.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and monitor staff performance.
- Quality Control: Maintain service quality and resolve customer concerns.
- Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and control usage and costs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper use and upkeep of machines.
- Health & Safety: Enforce sanitation and safety standards.
- Cost Efficiency: Reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Customer Service: Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years minimum in laundry operations or a related field (hotel, hospital laundry, industrial laundry)
