Operations Support II
Honolulu, HI (On-site)
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
TEKsystems is hiring an Operations Support II to support a local healthcare company’s Customer Relations team. This role helps keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting both customers and internal staff.
What You’ll Do

+ Create and send customer documents (letters, ID cards, etc.)

+ Review and update customer information for accuracy

+ Handle incoming mail and voicemail (log, scan, route)

+ Support customer service as needed

+ Help with internal communications and coordination

+ Assist with reports, data, and basic research

+ Support team operations like access requests and invoices

What We’re Looking For

+ Customer service or administrative experience

+ Strong communication and professionalism

+ Detail-oriented and organized

+ Able to multitask and work independently
