Join Purolator's Learning and Development team as an Operations Trainer. Lead training for compliance and performance standards while ensuring knowledge consistency across all facilities.
In this role, the Operations Trainer ensures that new and existing employees are adept at following safety and operational protocols. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll deliver effective training programs and facilitate compliance across the organization. Expect to engage in hands-on demonstrations and assessments to optimize employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and evaluate employees through hands-on coaching
• Maintain training records using Learning Management System (LMS)
