Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a talented and experienced Operations Voice Manager to assist in directing and managing the program's executive support group. The candidate must reference their ability and experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain government-furnished voice communication systems, including VoIP, VoSIP, ACD, and TDM technologies. This includes all related equipment and systems management 24x7x365.
