Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Applying your deep optics and photonics engineering expertise to provide high-level technical support for Ansys Lumerical customers and channel partners.
- Owning customer problems, proactively engaging with key accounts, and delivering comprehensive solutions throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle.
- Conducting introductory, intermediate, and advanced training sessions for customers, and scoping/delivering professional services projects.
- Gathering customer requirements and market trends to inform improvements to Ansys software; collaborating with product development teams to translate feedback into new features.
- Testing new software releases on real-world industrial problems and providing feedback to enhance product performance and usability.
- Participating in internal initiatives to share knowledge, establish best practices, and develop simulation solutions and FAQs for the knowledge base.
