Develops and oversees all aspects of a complex system or set of systems. Works across domain areas of support within the City of Cedar Rapids and across multiple application areas and projects.
Experience with Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.is REQUIRED for this position. Contractors will need to work onsite. Please limit submittals to local/regional resources.
