Background
The South African Reserve Bank (SARB), through the Enterprise Systems Division, operates a complex enterprise applications landscape supporting critical HR, payroll, and financial processes. This environment includes Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with extensive custom developments, workflows, approvals, reporting, and integrations with third-party systems. To maintain system stability, support business-critical cycles, and address ongoing enhancement and integration requirements, SARB seeks to appoint two Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) Technical
Developers.
Objective of this Scope of Work The objectives of this tender are to:
- Secure experienced Oracle E-Business Suite developers to provide advanced development and third-level (L3) support.
- Ensure continuity, stability, and compliance of Oracle EBS and integrated HCM solutions during critical business cycles.
