The opportunity is with one of the leading Australian banks. The team operates across multiple geographic locations. Technologies utilized include Oracle WebLogic, OWC, JOLT, and SALT.
Responsibilities
:- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and Tuxedo environments
.- Monitor application health, analyze logs, and address incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within established SLAs
.- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent resolutions
.- Ensure system availability, reliability, and optimize performance
.- Analyze business requirements to deliver application enhancements and resolve defects
.- Modify and deploy services using JOLT and SALT integrations within Tuxedo environments
.- Develop and maintain configurations for WebCenter (OWC) services
