Job Description

What will your role look like • Lead functional implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules across enterprise environments. • Drive end-to-end implementation for Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules. • Perform business process analysis, requirement gathering, and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Write and manage Fast Formulas to support complex HR business requirements. • Participate in solution design discussions, testing, and deployment activities during implementation cycles. • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to AIM and OUM implementation methodologies.
