Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Senior Developer to design, implement, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem. The role involves both solution architecture and hands-on development, including configuration, customization, and integration with related Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, coupled with a strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive processes.
