8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with strong techno‑functional expertise. Mandatory strong Payroll experience with hands‑on production support. Proven experience providing L2/L3 support in enterprise environments.
Technical Skills Oracle HCM Cloud tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts. HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, REST and SOAP APIs. SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
Functional Knowledge Core HR Absence Management Time & Labor Talent Management Experience working in Agile methodologies from initiation through deployment. Strong incident, problem, and change management practices.
