Job Description
Job Scope:
- Handling and processing of customer orders
- Data entry of orders into the system
- Communicating with customers on order matters
- Attending to customer requests and enquiries
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing general administrative support to maintain good customer relations
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Careful and accurate in data entry
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheet, email, WhatsApp)
- Able to start work immediately
Work Location: Office-based
- Report to office daily
- 09:30 PM - 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
