Order Processor

Responsibilities

·Enter, process, and handle the lifecycle of customer orders in our order management system.

·Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve credit issues efficiently.

·Act as a Material Strider, applying lean principles to handle the flow of materials within the organization.

·Follow Standard Work and resupply paths, ensuring no bending, stretching, twisting, or lifting. Ensure ergonomic safety practices are followed.

·Use the Long Lead Time Parts Kanban Board to easily find the card when the parts arrive.

·Participate in weekly reviews of Kanban Audits, discussing actual and design numbers and addressing top 10 actual vs. design gaps.

·Apply tools like value stream mapping and Kaizen techniques to continually improve processes and eliminate waste.
