Order & Shipping Processing Associate

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month gross base salary, plus up to approx. ₹28,600/month performance bonus, if earned. Bonus eligibility starts after the first full month of employment.

Hours: Full-time, 48 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM U.S. EST — India night shift.

Days Off/Vacation:

• 5 paid vacation days after one year of employment.
• Up to 6 paid days for National Indian Holidays.

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order & Shipping Processing Associate to support our order fulfillment and shipping operations. In this role, you will process customer and vendor orders, create and manage shipping labels, track packages, and communicate with vendors to make sure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
