About the role


The Process Technician Trainee position is a fixed term entry-level role spanning over 2 years, providing hands-on training and experience in the operation of our processing plant. Working alongside skilled operators, you’ll learn how to safely and efficiently process ore to produce copper and gold concentrate. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a foundation in mineral processing and build a long-term career within the mining industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily plant monitoring, inspections, and sampling

  • Supporting safe and efficient operation of the processing circuit

  • Completing basic checks, housekeeping, and reporting tasks

  • Demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn
