Enhance your leadership skills as the Summer Student Employment Supervisor for Chippewas of the Thames First Nation. Plan and supervise a diverse summer program from July 6 to August 28.
As the Summer Student Employment Supervisor, you will coordinate various workshops and manage a team of summer students. Your duties will include planning health and safety practices and fostering an enriching experience through mentoring. Effective communication and report writing skills will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing the Summer Student Mentored/Employment Program
• Prepare and manage health and safety workshops for students
• Facilitate resume writing and other development workshops
• Supervise and monitor summer student employees
• Collaborate with internal departments and committees
