OxyChem seeks an experienced Millwright for our Chemical Manufacturing plant located in Thorold, Ontario.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide preventative maintenance, maintain and repair various mechanical machines, equipment and operations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow procedures that meet OxyChem's quality policies and conduct business that exceeds the expectations and needs of our customers in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) as a Millwright; completion of a related trade is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and related regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer software applications, Outlook, and internet research.
