At Country Delight, We are looking for a Packaging Development Intern to support packaging design, development, and vendor coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to packaging technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and cost optimisation in a fast-growing FMCG/D2 C setup.
Location: Gurgaon / Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities : Coordinate with design, legal, and cross-functional teams for packaging artwork development and finalisation Assist in defining packaging material specifications , including GSM, film structures, barrier properties, OTR, and WVTR Support RFQs, cost comparisons, price negotiations , and technical discussions with packaging vendors Assist in cost optimisation initiatives , MOQ evaluation, and lead-time analysis Support vendor identification, onboarding, and ongoing management as per business requirements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Technology from premier institutes
