Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor in coordinating activities in the manufacturing operation.
- Operate, monitor and maintain Packaging, Dry Blending, Wet processing, UHT, Evaporator, Spray Dryer, CIP system and Powder transport system and equipment in compliance with Plant safety and Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP).
- Accountable for the on-the-job safety and health of contractors or vendors under his direct supervision.
- Meet site EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) performance objectives set by management as well as functional group concerned.
- Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions.
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, and responds to alerts during production.
- Handles production materials within the facilities and performs cleaning and sterilisation activities.
