As the Operations Manager, you will lead the safe and effective operations of the grain elevator and crop input facility. This includes direct responsibility for business development, customer service, quality control, and staff management. Your insights will facilitate logistical operations and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance requirements
• Direct quality control and blending of grain
• Supervise facility operations and team performance
• Manage logistical support for grain shipment processes
• Conduct safety audits and programs compliance
Requirements:
• 3+ years in grain elevator and crop inputs management
• Comprehensive knowledge of the grain industry
