Job Summary

We are hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Secretarial Team with administrative tasks including mail handling and document management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial Team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Scan and disseminate mails accurately for clients to maintain timely communication
  • File and track documents using Airtable to ensure organized and accessible records
  • Manage workload effectively by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to support team objectives
  • Proactively identify and offer assistance on administrative needs to improve team efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum ‘O’ level qualification
