Overall Strategic Role

Collaborate closely with the Partnerships, New Business, and Communications teams to achieve the strategic objectives outlined in the Funding and Marketing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships and Fundraising (70%)

Primary Duties:

• Forge and develop partnerships with private organizations, including foundations, professional and social clubs, and international funding organizations, to develop proposals that fund OSP programs and operational needs.
• Identify prospective corporate partners; conduct research and due diligence; and lead negotiations to secure new partnerships that provide funding or Gifts‑in‑Kind (GIK) support for OSP programs.
• Collaborate with the Programs team and other relevant stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and present them to prospective partners.
