What You’ll Do

• Order, receive, inspect, and organize parts for vehicle repairs
• Track and document all parts accurately using CARSTAR’s management system
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, estimators, and technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Manage returns and credits while maintaining a return rate below 20%
• Keep the parts area clean, safe, and well‑organized
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Participate in daily production meetings and support overall shop operations

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience handling parts in a collision repair shop, automotive environment, or dealership. Must
• Strong organizational and communication skills you know how to keep things moving
