Tonitto Cakes is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Shellharbour, NSW. We are looking for someone passionate, reliable, and skilled in preparing high-quality cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked products.

Key Duties

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Preparing, baking, and decorating cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products
  • Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
  • Preparing fillings, creams, icings, glazes, and decorations
  • Ensuring all products are prepared to a high standard of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Operating bakery and pastry equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring baking times, temperatures, and product consistency
