Patient Admin Associate

Hours:
- 8 – 5:30
- Greeting patients and coordinating the operation of the check-in process
- Answering telephone calls to office, taking accurate and complete messages
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Executing necessary pre-authorization as required by insurance companies
- Maintain electronic and/or paper medical charts
- Previous experience in a medical office or medical call center
- Experience with high patient and high phone volume in medical administrative roles
- Proficiency in Epic, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
- $20 – 24/hr
