Patient Admin Associate
North Haven, CT
Hours:

  • 8 – 5:30
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients and coordinating the operation of the check-in process
  • Answering telephone calls to office, taking accurate and complete messages
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Executing necessary pre-authorization as required by insurance companies
  • Maintain electronic and/or paper medical charts
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a medical office or medical call center
  • Experience with high patient and high phone volume in medical administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Epic, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
Compensation:
  • $20 – 24/hr
