Salary

Base salary range: $102,600.00 - $152,600.00 (includes target bonus). Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual data models for analytical reporting and talk‑to‑data solutions that enable meaningful patient insights.
• Implement and maintain data security best practices across all systems, ensuring protection of sensitive patient information.
• Guide development teams toward industry best practices and standards for data integration, quality, and governance.
• Conduct periodic code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with established standards.
• Provide DevOps enablement skills and support CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
