Purpose of the Role

Reporting into the Melt Out Team Leader. This role is to support the Team Leader in the efficient running of the department by meeting job timescales and demands, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards.

About the Role

Response Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading name in high-performance motorsport manufacturing, for a Pattern Finisher (Melt Out Technician). This is a hands‑on role working within a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment, supporting the production of high‑quality composite components used in Formula 1. You'll play a key part in ensuring patterns, moulds and castings are finished to the highest standards, contributing directly to performance‑critical engineering.
