PAYmaster System Support SME We are looking for a PAYmaster System Support SME to provide onsite support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the PAYmaster payroll platform. The role involves ensuring smooth payroll operations, resolving system issues, supporting payroll processing and statutory submissions, and maintaining compliance with Singapore payroll regulations. Key responsibilities include: Supporting daily PAYmaster system operations Troubleshooting and resolving payroll application issues Configuring payroll modules and applying system updates/patches Supporting statutory reporting and compliance requirements Coordinating with PAYmaster vendor for advanced (L3) support and fixes Ensuring system stability and user support Preferred experience: Strong experience in PAYmaster payroll system support Knowledge of Singapore payroll and statutory requirements Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and patch management Good stakeholder and vendor coordination skills
