Experience:

• 15–18 years of IT experience , including 5+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture , delivering large-scale payments or digital banking platforms .

Payments Domain Expertise:

• Strong experience designing end-to-end payment architectures across:
• Card payments (issuing, acquiring, clearing & settlement)
• Real-time payments (FAST/PayNow/RTP/UPI-like systems)
• Domestic and cross-border payments
• Hands-on exposure to payment gateways, switches, hubs , and integrations with schemes and networks .
• Knowledge of payment standards such as ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 , and high-volume, low-latency payment processing.
• Understanding of fraud, risk controls, reconciliation, disputes, and settlement .
